Born in Fall River, Massachusetts. Married Edward Joseph Kelley in 1952 and lived in Corning NY. They had three children: Edward Jr, Anne E. and Deirdre Mary.
Jean ran the store named Career Girl.
The Agnes Flood of 1972 destroyed their home at 15 State Street.
Jean and her husband Ed lived in Elmira NY in the 1990s.
They are buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
