Marriage to Matthew de Chetelton

Matthew de Chetelton, lord of Chetelton, Badington, and Bromball, is said to have married Joan, daughter and heiress of William de Clifton (who was also the wife of john Griffin), by whom he had issue a son, William, and a daughter, Amabila, eventually his heir.^[1]

Issue

• Annabelle de Chetellon^[2] She was born 1324, being a few years after the birth of her husband William Bromley. She married William Bromley, second Son of Richard, was of Badinton. Some genealogies show a birth year of 1320 for him, but no basis has been found for this estimate.
