Biography

Valentine Cline, the father of Margaret Cline, moved from Pennsylvania to Lincoln County, North Carolina, where he married Anna Gertrout Cansler, daughter of Philip W. Gentzler and Juliana Wintermyer, about 1780. Their children are established by the probate of the estate of Valentine Cline which was settled in 1808, and the will of Gertrude Cline in Lincoln County, North Carolina. Julianna is the 3rd listed of 10 children. [1]

Cline-1141 and Cline-1119 appear to represent the same person because: Peggy is a nickname for Margaret, I will add document that names her, she got 300 acres from her fathers probate, married a Tucker not a turner, bond 25 apr 1810
