Stephen Cline was born in Fulda, Washington, an area of Klickitat County that is now underwater due to the building of the Bonneville dam. Stephen married Luella Brooks in Cowlitz County, WA on March 31, 1917. Their son Daniel was born on December 26, 1917, and son, Raleigh was born on September 23, 1919. Stephen died Jan 23, 1919 in the 1918 flu pandemic.
