Richard, son of single woman Isabella Clinkard, was baptised on 22 June 1851 in Garsington, Oxfordshire, England.[1]
In the 1861 census Richard (age 10) was living with his mother Isabella, stepfather Henry Shepherd and half-siblings in Wheatley, Oxfordshire, England.[2]
In the 1881 census Richard (age 30, Ag Lab) was the boarder of George Putt at Crown Tap Public House, Church Rd, Wheatley, Oxfordshire, England.[3]
Richard died in 1908 and was buried on 6 July 1908 in Wheatley, Oxfordshire, England.[4]
