Biography
Jonathon was born about 1746. He is the son of John Close and Sarah Peacock. He was christened on 7 April 1746 at St Andrew, Aycliffe, Durham. [1] He married Sarah Vickers on 22 Feb 1773 in Bishopton, Durham [2]. He died in July 1836 in Etherley, Durham, and was buried on 21 July 1836 at St Helen, Auckland, Durham, aged 91. [3]
