Biography

John Clough, Jr., was born to John and Jane Clough 9 Mar 1648/49 in Salisbury, Massachusetts. John Clough, Sr., aged 22 years, was enrolled at London as a passenger for New England on the Elizabeth.

John married Mercy Page, daughter of John Page and Mary Marsh Page in Salisbury 13 November 1674.

Yeoman. By 1699, he was a freeman.
