Susanna was born on November 8, 1722 to John and Sarah Cobb in Weymouth Massachusetts. She married John Sprague on June 20, 1746 (or 1795). They had one child, John Jr. born on July 8, 1747. There is no record of her death. Unsourced information have cited a date of death of 1750 or 1792.
In 1751, Sister Sprague was mentioned in a letter from Joseph Bozworth to the Worcester County Probate Judge regarding the estate of her brother John Cobb who had died there. The sister who married John Sprague had passed away, and there was very little in the way of an estate.
