Emma E Cobb was born about January 10, 1905 in West Virginia, United States, daughter of James Charles Cobb (1873–1924) and Laura C Warbutton (1884–1967).
Emma married Hollie Cecil Taylor (born on May 12, 1904 in Clendenin, Kanawha; son of John Burton Taylor and Lola Ellen (Cook) Taylor).
In 1940, Emma was living in Big Sandy, Kanawha, West Virginia. [1]
Emma died on August 7, 2000 in Dunbar WV, USA, aged about 95.[2] She was buried in Koontz Cemetery, Clendenin, West Virginia.
