Ebenezer died intestate and on 7 August 1752, Ebenezer Cobb of Kingston was granted the administration of his estate at Plymouth.[5]
His inventory was taken on 4 October 1753 in Plymouth. An account of his estate was also recorded. The remainder of the estate is set out to Nathaniel Cobb, Nathan Cobb, Job Cobb, Marcy Holmes, wife of Cornelius Holmes, Mary West, Elizabeth Holmes, wife of Thomas Holmes, Jr., and Jacob Tinkham (son of Hannah Tinkham, decd), the heirs of Sarah Bartlett (Sarah, wife of Thomas Faunce and Hannah, wife of Stephen Doten), and Ebenezer (eldest son).[6]
In 1753, his heirs signed receipts for their share of his estate.[7]
