Biography

Rebecca was born about 1805 to Edward Cobb and Winifred Gray.

She married Jordan Phelps 27 Oct 1827 in Pitt County, North Carolina.

In the 1860 census, Rebecca (age 55), Seamstress, was living in the household of her daughter Caroline (Phelps) and son-in-law Henry Atkinson in Savannah District 1, Chatham, Georgia.[1]

She died in 1878 in Dawson, Georgia.
