Arthur Cochran was born in 1865 at New York, USA. He appeared on the census of 31 Aug. 1870 in the household of his parents, Elisha Ostrander Cochran and Rachel (Rush) Cochran at Rockland, Sullivan County, New York.[1] He appeared on the census of June 1880 in the household of his parents at Rockland, Sullivan County, New York.[2]
Arthur died in 1884 at Sullivan County, New York and was buried at Westfield Flats Cemetery, adjoining Presbyterian Church, Roscoe, Sullivan County, New York. His memorial has a photo of his gravestone shared with his brothers, Homer and Oliver.[3]
