GALVIN-CODY. The marriage of Miss Bridget Cody of 273 Coleman street, to James Galvin, will take place Wednesday morning at St. Augustine’s church, in the presence of a large party of friends. Mr. Galvin is well known in the South End of the city and the bride to be is a very popular member of St. Augustine’s parish.[4]

Head of household James Galvin, age 68, married, immigrated to US 1865, naturalized 1872, born Ireland, parents born Ireland, tinsmith store; wife Bridget Galvin, age 50, married, immigrated to US 1885, naturalized, born Ireland, parents born Ireland.[1]

1920, Mar 24. Death of Bridget (Cody) Galvin in Bridgeport, Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Mrs. Bridget Galvin. Following an illness of two months, Bridget Galvin, wife of James Galvin of 275 Coleman street died yesterday. She was well known in the city and was a communicant of St. Augustine's church. The funeral will be held Friday morning at 8:30 o'clock from the family home. A high mass of requiem will be celebrated at 9 o'clock in St. Augustine's church. Burial will be in St. Michael's cemetery.[5]
