Biography
Sarah Ward Coe was born on 28 May 1841 in Connecticut. She was the daughter of Benjamin Coe and Betsey Birdsey. [1] Her middle name of 'Ward' was the maiden name of her paternal grand-mother. Sarah passed away in 1931. She is buried in Middlefield Cemetery, Middlefield, Middlesex County, Connecticut. [2]
