Biography

Louise Wilkins Coffin. [1][2][3][4][5][6] [7] [8] was born on 18 SEP 1911 in Siasconset, Nantucket, MA. [9][10][11][12][13][14][15] to Louis Coffin and Alice Wilkins. Louise grew up on Nantucket Island at their family home near Polpis Harbor in Nantucket. Louise was from one of the founding families of Nantucket and is a direct descendant of Tristram Coffin. Louise had two sisters and three brothers and was the third child. Louise married Dr. Wylie Collins on March 3, 1933 ,[16]
