Biography
Margarette (Betty) Coffman was born at Fishers Hill, Shenandoah County, Virginia in 1912 to George Coffman and Lucy (Bly) Coffman. [1][2]
In 1920 she was 7 and living with her parents and siblings in Virginia. [3]
She married Carroll Apperson in 1939 and lived in Lynchburg, Virginia. Parents listed. [2]
In 1940 they were living in Virginia. [4]
They had one son (adopted).
In 1950 she was 37 and living with her husband and adopted son Jerry in Virginia. [5]
Her husband died in 1971. [6]
Betty died in Lynchburg in 1974. [7]
She was buried in Spring Hill Cemetery, Lynchburg, Lynchburg City, Virginia. [8]
