My name is Barbara Bagby and I see that I have inadvertently made a duplicate profile of Daniel Monroe Grindstaff. I am new at this and am learning. Yours was made first, Grindstaff-231 and mine was made after, Grindstaff-373. Daniel Monroe Grindstaff is my Grandfather. Please review and make the merge, or I will do so with your go-ahead. Thank you!

PS You may want to go back and read more about profiles and the process of merging. Seems you have had four merges so far and no clean up has been done in your biography and sources. Please let me know if you have questions about this and I will be happy to help.
Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!
Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects which coordinate them is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.
Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one which best fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or special event. Read the goals and tasks of the project and join if it is a good fit.
Let me know if you have trouble finding projects which fit your focus. Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page.

My Dad was Joseph Grindstaff, my Grandfather was Jess and his brother was frank. The same as you posted. I knew them both when I was young visiting Missouri. I haven't spent much time on my tree, Got back to around 1790 on my Dads side.
