Biography

George was born^[1] and baptised in 1906 in Hessle, Yorkshire, England,^[2] where he lived with his parents, Arthur Cograve and Frances Bray.^[3]

In 1929 George married Doris Elizabeth Harrison.^[4] She died in 1976.^[5]

George married Dorothy E Gurevitch (née Johnson) in the last quarter of 1978.^[6]

He died on 7 December.^[7][8]
