Biography
Fay Coldwell was born on 26 Jan 1873 in Wolfville, Kings, Nova Scotia. She was the daughter of Albert Coldwell and Jessie Higgins.

At the age of 8, Faye appeared in the 1881 Canadian Census with her parents in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.

At the age of 27, Faye appeared in the 1900 US Census in St Louis, Missouri. She and her husband had married in 1899 and had been in the US for four years at the time of the census. She was born in Canada in January of 1873 and she was a school teacher.

At the age of 37, Faye appeared in the 1910 US Census with her husband and son in Tangipahoa, Louisiana.

Fay appeared in the 1921 Canadian Census as a widow living back in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.

The 1910 census indicated that she had given birth to only 1 child at that time and that only 1 was living. Her son Frederick appeared in that census with her, so he was her first born (and possibly her only child).
The 1921 census showed her widowed and her son Frederick was still living with her - and no other sons or daughters.
