This is my last will and testament. Being in perfect senses but in a poor state of health, I will that my debts first be paid.
I will and bequeath to my son John Cole one hundred and forty acres of land being part of the tract I purchased from Benjamin (tear) lying on the south side of Hitchcock Creek and no more.
I will and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth all that she has now in her possession five pounds hard money and no more.
I will and bequeath to my son George Cole one hundred acres of land that I purchased of (tear) Bond and all that he hath now in his possession and no more.
I will and bequeath to my son Frances Cole one hundred acres of land lying on the so side of the long branch and a mare and one cow and no more.
I will and bequeath to my son Peter Cole one hundred acres of land adjoining Conley’s line and cow and calf and ten pounds hard money a horse the value therein and no more.
I Will that the remainder of my lands which is one hundred seventy two acres be equally divided between my two sons Edward and David and no more.
I will and bequeath to my daughter Nancy Cole fifteen pounds in hard money and one  ? colt two years old and no more.
I will and bequeath to my daughter Rachel fifteen pound hard money and one ? and no more..
I will and bequeath to my daughter Sarah fifteen pounds to be paid in hard money and no more and if ? if them died without issue his estate to be equally divided between the two.
My will and desire is that my Estate may not be sold.
I leave my wife and my son John Cole and Jacob Perkins executors of my estate
