Biography
When Chloe L Cole was born on April 8, 1825, her father, David, was 37, and her mother, Philena, was 34. She married Fluskey Atwell on January 24, 1843. They had one child during their marriage. She died as a young mother on March 23, 1847, at the age of 21.
