Birth: John was born in 1735,

He was the son of John and Elizabeth his wife.

Marriage: John Cole married Elizabeth Buffum on 25 Jan 1768 in Berwick, York County, Massachusetts Bay. John's father is deceased, but had been living in Kittery, York County prior to his death. His mother had been living in York County as well.

-His wife Elizabeth was the duaghter of Joshua and Elizabeth Buffam of Berwick in York County. and Elizabeth Buffam, daughter of Joshua and Elizabeth Buffam of Berwick in York County.[1]
