When Aaron Cole was born on March 28, 1776, in Poughkeepsie, New York, his father, Aaron, was 31 and his mother, Ann, was 20. He married Jemima Van Arsdale on November 16, 1799. He died on March 14, 1851, in Dutchess, New York, at the age of 74, and was buried in Wappingers Falls, New York..
