Susanna Cole was born in 1698, the daughter of John and Susanna (Gray) Cole of Plymouth, Massachusetts.
In 1717, she married Robert Harlow, son of William and Lydia (Cushman) Harlow of Plymouth, Massachusetts[1][2] (On 16 September 1724, Susannah made her mark, and her husband, Robert Harlow signed his name to a receipt from Susannah's mother for her father's estate.[3]). Their children included:
Susanna died Feb 17, 1749 in Plymouth Massachusetts [2][4]
Notes
Observe care not to confuse this person with Susanna (Cole; 1696-1725)of Swansea, daughter of Susannah (Briggs) and a different John Cole (1660-1748). The other Susanna Cole married George Round. The fathers of both Susanna Coles (both named John Cole) were cousins, both born in Plymouth, both with spouses with given name Susannah.
The birth data on this Susannah (Cole) Harlow were previously confused/conflated with the daughter of the Swansea family group. The FAG online memorial site probably is more accurate, showing this Susannah born in 1698, death 17 Feb 1748, both in the Plymouth/Plympton area [5].

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Susanna by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
Mitochondrial DNA test-takers in the direct maternal line:
Birth date is copied from her 2nd cousin Susanna (Cole) Round (1696-1725) . Her likely parents (not those listed) may have married in 1697, per NEM, and so the frequent quotation of 1698 would fit. Widely different dates are given for the marriage of John Cole and Patience (Barber?) so it may take an expert to begin to resolve this.
Cole-16632 and Cole-11190 appear to represent the same person because: Death dates are different, but the 1749 is correct (see Massachusetts Deaths and Burials, 1795-1910, database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FHYX-KYP : 17 January 2020), Susannah Harlow, 1748.). Also she married Robert Harlow, see receipt from her mother Susannah Cole for her share of her father, John Coles' estate. Cole-16632 and Cole-16638 appear to represent the same person because: These two belong to the same profile manager and appear to go together however the death date and location(s) differ. Please merge and review data to correct discrepancies. Thank you.
