Biography

Job was born in February 29 of 1743/4 at Swansea, Bristol County, Massachusetts to Peleg and Priscilla Winslow Cole.[1]

Father: Peleg Cole b: 20 Apr 1720 in Swansea, Bristol Co., MA Mother: Priscilla Winslow b: 31 Jul 1725 in Swansea, Bristol Co., MA

He and Sarah Luther were married at Swansea on May 10, 1764.[2]

Children: David Cole b: 1765 in Swansea, Bristol Co., MA Daniel Cole; named as administrator, along with his mother, of Job's estate Luther Cole

The 1800 U.S. Federal Census taken at Otsego places Job in a household with a wife and two children (boy and girl) between the ages of 10-16.[3]

Job died intestate in Otsego, Otsego County New York; the estate document is dated January 31, 1807.
