When Zacheus Zachariah Cole was born in 1748 in Swansea, Massachusetts, his father, Joseph, was 32 and his mother, Freelove, was 28. He had 12 sons and seven daughters with two different wives. He died on May 15, 1813, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, at the age of 65.

Looking at the Mayflower Application Database mentioned above shows that Zacheus was the son of Israel Cole, who is a descendant of Daniel Cole. Daniel Cole and the Swansea MA Coles have been shown to have no family connection other than the same last name. Unless new information has turned up in the last decade about these two families, they are not related.
