"Johannes Friend, born 1666, married c. 1696 Anna, daughter of Hendrick Coleman, died 1738 at Upper Penns Neck, Salem County, NJ. Ten children."[1]
Some say she died 8 MARCH 1727, but others suggest a date in August 1739. See: Federal Writers' Project publication entitled "Records of Swedish Lutheran Churches, Racoon Creek New Jersey, page 30.
Her name also appears in records as Anne "Hendricksdotter" as a daughter of Hendrick (HENRY) Coleman.
The premise that her mother was Lenape has been discredited, but you will find it repeated in junk genealogies like Shawnee Heritage VII by Don Greene, page 113
