Biography
When William Cecil Collett was born on October 7, 1909, in Alabama, his father, John, was 28 and his mother, Idella, was 30.[1] He had one sister. He died as a teenager on April 15, 1927, in Fort Payne, Alabama,[2] and was buried there.[3]
