Biography
When James 'Jimmy' Dewey Collett was born on December 16, 1937, in Atlanta, Georgia, his father, John, was 22 and his mother, Mary, was 23.[1] He was the first husband of Dorothy Sue Chapman; their known children are:

- Timothy Wayne (1961–)
- Carolyn Sue (1962–)
- Johnny Lee
- Deborah Joyce
He died on November 1, 1979,[2] in Cobb, Georgia,[3] at the age of 41, and was buried in Marietta, Georgia.[4]
