Biography
When Shelby Jean Collett was born on April 7, 1937, in Trion, Georgia, her father, Grady, was 21, and her mother, Mary, was 18. She had one brother and one sister. She died of hydrocephalus on June 13, 1937, in Atlanta, Georgia,[1] at only two months old.[2]
