Aimé Collette is an Acadian
Aimé was born in 1826.
Aimé married Osithe Gallant, daughter of Isidore Gallant and Radegonde Caissie, on 19 Apr 1847.[1][2] Their children were:
- Olivier Collette (born about 1848)
- Domitille Collette (born 31 Dec 1849)
- Françoise Collette (born 19 Nov 1851)
- Isidore Collette (born 27 Nov 1853)
- Bibianne Collette (born 16 Apr 1856)
- Thomas Collette (born 22 Oct 1858)
- Eusèbe Collette (born 26 Apr 1861)
- Marie Collette (born 22 Mar 1862)
- Thomas Collette (born 13 Jan 1866)
In the 1861 census Amey [sic] (age 40) was in Dundas, Kent, New Brunswick.[3]
In the 1871 census Aimeé (age 46) was recorded as married in Dundas, Kent, New Brunswick.[4] He was listed with his wife Osite and children Olivier, Domitile, Francaise, Isidore, Bibienne, Marie, and Thomas.
In the 1881 census Aimé (age 56) was recorded as married in Dundas, Kent, New Brunswick.[5]
He passed away in 1894.
