Herbert Redmond Collier was born on 26 April 1879 at Easey Street, Collingwood, Victoria, Australia, the son of Jane Collier and Edward Collier.[1][2]
He was a member of the British South Africa (B.S.A.) police force.[3]
Herbert died on 5 April at Bulawayo, South Africa, aged 53 years.[3]
