Biography

Eliot was born in 1891.[1] He was the son of Price Collier and Gertrude Dame.

He served in the military. A military record shows The Uptham (a hotel) in Santa Barbara as his residence. [1]

He passed away in 1931.[2] He is buried in the same plot as his mother and maternal grandparents.[3]
