DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Elizabeth by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Elizabeth:

Collier-7069 and Collier-987 appear to represent the same person because: Both have the same vitae, linked / married to same spouse

Colyer-47 and Collier-987 are not ready to be merged because: My concern is the difference in last name and date of birth. There is no way to know if these are the same people.
Collier-987 and Colyer-47 appear to represent the same person because: Similar name, similar birth year. Colyer-47 is unlinked and empty. Use the data from Collier-987 with LNAB being 'Collier'.

Colyer-47 and Collier-987 appear to represent the same person because: similar birth dates; both probably daughter of Isaac Collier. "Collier" most common spelling.
Elizabeth is not the daughter of Charles Collier and Judith Myhill of York County, Virginia. Both Charles and Judith were dead before 1737. It is more likely she is granddaughter, daughter of Isaac Collier and Ann Vines. They had a daughter Elizabeth born after 11 December 1736 who married Josias/Josiah Smith. See: Collier Family Report. Barbara Vines Little, CG, FNGS, FVGS; Dominion Research Service, 26 November 2013.

Elizabeth is being removed as daughter of Charles Collier and Judith Myhill.

I suggest this Elizabeth Colyer be merged with Elizabeth Collier, daughter of Isaac Collier.

I think that DAR has it wrong. Albemarle Parish served Surry Co., and Isaac is York County/Brunswick County... and he names daughter Elizabeth Smith in his will.

DAR descendant record has a different birth year - I think that the main records have been "vetted", but I would want to confirm a descendant record before changing it. But... if Yates/ or West is source of Dec 1728 date, I'd go with DAR over either of them. The marriage 1748 (with her birth 1739) is a bit worrying, but that seems to be from Yates too (those records include information from trees submitted by Ancestry members and are not reliable).

Colyer-144 and Collier-987 appear to represent the same person because: apparently duplicate profiles. Colyer-144 is unsourced and has inconsistent surname.
