Charles was born in 1922. [1] He was the son of John P. Collins and Gertrude Mary McLaskey.
He married Donna June Schmidt.
He passed away in 1988. Burial: Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, USA. Plot: SECTION 18 SITE 350. [2]
