Biography

John Collins lived in Appalachia, in Kentucky.

John was born about 1846. He was the son of Elijah Collins and Dorcas Nickel.

John died on 19 Oct 1921 in Lexington, Kentucky, aged about 76.[1] [2]

He had been admitted to the Eastern State Hospital due to dementia in April and died by that October from multiple sclerosis. [3]
