Eileen Marie Collins (born November 19, 1956) is a retired NASA astronaut and a retired United States Air Force colonel.

1956 Born in Elmira, Chemung, New York, USA.
1978 Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics, Syracuse University. Joined the US Air Force. During her Air Force career, she was awarded the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal.
