Sarah (Collins) Hornsby was born in Appalachia, in Alabama.
Sarah Catherine Collins was born April 4, 1912 to Joseph Wylie Collins and Catherine Moss in Notasulga, Alabama.
She married Woodrow Jennings Hornsby, Sr. on September 12, 1932. Their children were:
She died, at the age of 75, on February 4, 1988 in Pensacola, Florida.[2] She is buried at the Pensacola Memorial Gardens, Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida.[3]

From my written family history, it seems that Woodrow Jennings Hornsby, Jr. died at 2 days old, they decided to name the next son they had Woodrow Jennings Hornsby, III.
