Hi Loma,

Thank you for your message, I see you successfully upgraded. I checked your contribution feed and no new profiles for your family are showing in the feed.

I would suggest from the edit side of your profile you click add under father, this open a new page view to create his profile, then fill in the fields as appropriate with his details. Then make sure you scroll down to the very bottom and click the add parent/father to tab, this opens athe new page for his profile. Then you repeat this procedure for to add your mum.
