James was born 29 Oct 1896, in New York City. he was the son of James F. and Katherine Collins.
He was a stocks and bonds analyst for General Motors Corp. in New York City, from 1928 until his retirement in 1965.
He and his wife, Syria (Bagarozy), had two children, Patricia and James P.
He passed away 30 Nov 1988.
