Biography
Death Certificate reports that Charlie McCune Collins died of a fever; he had no doctor present. The date of birth on the Death Certificate is: March 5, 1888, but the birth date on the Findagrave Memorial is March 5, 1889. In the 1910, United States Census, Charlie is listed as born in 1889, and he is 21 years old in 1910.
