LOOKING FOR SISTER THOMPSON. Probably the youngest sister of Daniel Collins, any first name, and born maybe in London. Any ideas let me know. TW.

Daniel Collins in his will of 1639 CLEARLY STATES: 'The parish of Bramford where I was born and my father lies buried'. Whilst one John Collins is given to buried elsewhere a few days later, Daniel Collins tells you precisely where his father is buried, being 35 years later, he would know if his father was interred elsewhere by this time. Anything outside 'The parish of Bramford' will be INCORRECT.

Sam. Thompson the son of my sister Tomson: It is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that this Samuel Thompson was the son of the Rev. William Thompson of New England. !THERE IS ONE SIMPLE REASON!. Abigail Collins (bp:1591), The ONLY known Abigail Collins that could fit the bill here so far, is NOT a 'sister' to Daniel Collins, but she is his NIECE.

Daniell Collins had NO OFFSPRING (sp). His ONLY wife's surname was FRANCKNELL sometimes incorrectly printed in books as FRANKLYN. Please do NOT ADD ANY OFFSPRING for him or ANY OTHER WIFE of any other surname including FRANKLYN or the likes. In the Visitation of London 1633 the book has unfortunately printed his wife's surname as FRANKLYN, who was deceased by then. This point has been conclusively researched and a clarification of some book errors.
