Parker was born about 1788. Parker Collins married Nancy Cordery about 1808. Their children were Sarah, Eliza, Lucinda, Joseph Boudinot, Susannah, Jane, Nancy, Catherine, Parker Dickson, Mary, and Martha. He passed away in 1833. [1]
