Biography
Joe Thomas Collins was born on 17 Mar 1933 in Tennessee, son of Edwin Chester Collins (1897 - ) and Grace Lois Reeves (1904 - 1999).
In the 1940 census Thomas (age 7) was the single son of Edwin Collins in Nashville, Davidson, Tennessee.[1]
Joe died on 21 May 2016 in California aged 83.
