Biography
Archibald was born in 1726 in Campbeltown, Scotland. He was the son of Robert Colville and Margaret Cuthbertson.[1]
He married Elizabeth Templeton in 1752. [2]
In 1755 he acquired Peninver. In 1772 he acquired Drumgarve.
He died between 1772 and 1780.
