Issac was born in June. 24, 1754, in Upper Freehold Twp., Monmouth County, New Jersey. He was the son of John Combs and Rebecca Fitzrandolph. He was named, undoubtedly, for his grandfather Isaac FitzRandolph. He passed away in 1845, in West Windsor Township, Mercer County, New Jersey
He married Euphemea Rogers.[1] His brother Thomas Rogers Sr. married Euphemea's sister Hannah Rogers. [2],
