Francois, We understand that some guests wish to start with an ancestor as their 'home profile', however WikiTree standards do not allow us to use any but our own profile as a living person for that. This is for the security of WikiTree, as well as to help people connect with cousins and find new information.

Please review the following:

Just to mention that we prefer every member to create a profile in their own surname, since this enables the profile to find its rightful place in our family tree. Our naming conventions can be found at [Name Fields].

The rules do allow members and living people to use an initial instead of a name, or use "Anonymous for both the first and last names is strongly discouraged, but not prohibited.
