Biography

Collin was born about 1995. He was the son of James Comey and Patrice Failor. He passed away at the age of nine days in 1995 as the result of a Group B strep infection that is treatable.

The Heavy News newspaper said that Patrice wrote about their baby's death and “lobbied in support of screening for the bacteria during pregnancy."
