Ella was born in Clayton, Jefferson County, New York on 5 December 1918. She was the second daughter of Grant Comins and Olive Olmstead.
She married Horace Donaldson.
Ella died 12 February 1996 and is buried near her parents in the Saint Lawrence Union Cemetery, Cape Vincent. [1]
