Rebecca (Comley) Hamblin was born in Surrey, England.
Rebecca Comley was born at Newington, Surrey on 4 November 1821 to parents Thomas Comley & Lucy Fitzer.[1]
In 1841 Rebecca was living at Lambeth, Surrey in household of Mary Wager with her brother Thomas & sister Eliza.[2]

Joseph Hamblin married Rebecca Comley at Kennington, Surrey on 26 July 1842.[3]
A week after their marriage, Joseph and Rebecca left England on board the "Trusty", 3 August 1842, as steerage passengers and arrived on 8 December 1842 at Australind, Western Australia.[4]
Joseph & Rebecca had the following children:

Rebecca travelled to Adelaide aboard the schooner Victoria, arriving on 22 April 1845.[13]
Rebecca died aged 38 on 31 March 1860.[14]
